This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended Open Meetings Act, MCLA 41.72a (2) (3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). MCL 141.412 REQUIRES THE TOWNSHIP TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON ITS PROPOSED BUDGET. PA’S 40, 41, AND 42 OF 1995 ALLOW TOWNSHIPS TO SKIP OLDING A SEPARATE “truth in taxation” hearing by including it in the proposed budget hearing. A copy of this notice is on file in the office of the Clerk.
